Best Foods for Candida OverGrowth.

The best foods to help with reducing candida overgrowth and maintain a health lifestyle and meal plan.

There is LOT of confusion when it comes to meal plans and what to eat to elimination candida overgrowth. According to research from science, is that the best foods are those that help the gut produce good bacteria to help it fight bad bacteria.

It's a healthy version of paleo diet with lots of vegetables green juices and minimal or complete eradication of sweets and very sugary foods.

We will start with the most crucial foods.
  • Fermented Foods : coconut kefir (plant based kefir since animal kefir full of hormones and sugar), sauerkraut, coconut aminos, coconut yoghurt 
  • Apple cider Vinegar: helps kill the candida yeast







  • Non-starchy vegetables: Asparagus, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, broccoli, kale, celery, cucumber, eggplant, onion, spinach, zucchini, tomatoes and rutabaga (best if eaten raw or steamed).
  • Healthy fats: Avocado, olives, unrefined coconut oil(huge anti fungal properties), flax oil, extra-virgin olive oil ,sesame oil.almond butter,sesame butter, hemp seeds, chia seeds.
  • Gluten-free grains: Buckwheat, millet, quinoa(best when sprouted) and oats Bran 
  •  Non caffeinated Beverages: Herbal teas, filtered water, homemade almond milk, coconut milk (one without additives) and water infused with lime or lemon
  • Low-sugar fruits: Lemon, limes, berries, green apples (may be eaten in small amounts).
  • Nuts and seedsAlmonds, sunflower seeds, coconut or flaxseed.
  • Herbs and spices: Black pepper, salt, cinnamon, dill, garlic, ginger, oregano, rosemary, paprika, turmeric and thyme.
  • No-sugar sweeteners: Stevia, erythritol and xylitol.

    DETOX DRINK RECIPE - 3 Pints Distilled Water - 2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar w/ The Mother - Juice of 1 Lemon - 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper - Stir all ingredients together and drink throughout the day.

    JUICE RECIPE
    cucumber 2-3 pieces
    2 green apples
    1 lime/lemon
    celery 3-5 stalks
    dark leafy greens of your choice
    ginger(optional)


     SMOOTHIE RECIPES

    1/2 Cup of Coconut milk
    1/4 Cup of Almond milk
    1/4 Hemp powder
    Pea Protein Powder or some Spinach or any Dark Leafy Vegetables
    A Few Berries or Green Apples or Stevia
    A little Water (Optional)

    DINNER RECIPE
    2 cups of Romaine Lettuces
    2 cups of Italian Spinach
    Sprouted Quinoa 1 Cup
     Few Chopped Cucumber or Zucchini and Tomatoes
    Salad Dressing 
    Olive oil,Lime and Garlic powder, Salt and Black Pepper
