We must realize we have to sacrifice something.Here is what is required to lose belly fat in 10 days
FOODS TO AVOID
Beer, Dairy,Gluten,High salty foods,Artificial sweeteners,Soft drinks, Sugar, Fruit juices or High sugary fruits eg Bananas, Dates
EAT BETWEEN 11AM-6PM
This is called intermittent fasting where you give the body a chance to use the fat you have stored for fuel to let you run through the day.
At this time the only thing to consume is water to remove the hunger pains which are not hunger but the bodies need for water. 8 glasses at least a day.
GOOD COLLAGEN BROTH
a. Breakfast at 11am can be the following:
Good example is a soup made with Irish Moss.Ingredients include
- 3-4 spoons Seaweed(any type)
- 1 Stalk celery,1 cup of Onions
- Soybeans (soy sauce or miso 1 tbsp) , handful Kale, 1 yellow beets. Handful of spinach
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced and tbsp irish moss
Can be blended up or cooked for half an hour or an hour depending on how you like it.
b. Lunch
High protein smoothie here with lots of greens is essential, to give you the nutrients required by the body and not over indulge in foods with no nutrients but only calories.
Sample
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Pea protein powder/any vegetable protein is acceptable
- 2 handfuls of leafy greens(spinach)
- 1 tbsp Matcha powder
- Monk fruit sweetener or all natural sweetener with no insulin spike
- 2-Piece Ice cubes,1/2 can full fat fat coconut milk
C.Dinner
Dinner should be lots of vegetables and protein with good healthy fats.
Example:
- Peas,onions,garlic ,herbs(cilantro,thyme or oregano),carrots or zucchini,walnuts,or flax seeds made into a burger and cooked or dehydrated into a burger with
- A side of salad with good olive oil, lime and salt for a dressing
P.S Protein sources for vegetarian options are beans, tofu,quinoa,millet,chickpeas,walnuts, flaxseeds etc.
